Refund an order

Participants can be refunded directly from your participants view in your events dashboard.

Alternatively, if you have an order reference, go your Orders view and search by the order reference.

Click to view the order and this will show a refund button against any participant that is eligible for a refund to be processed.

Click the refund button and chose your refund options. The click to "Request Refund".
