Refund a participant

If you need to refund a participant, this can be done from your event's participants view. 

Head to the events section of your dashboard and find the event that your participant is in. Click on the participant count, or the "View Participants" link in the dropdown.

From the participant row, click the Refund option from the dropdown menu.

This will open the refund panel where you can choose your options on refunding and cancelling the participant.

Alternatively, you can request a refund from the customers order page. You can find this by clicking the "View Order" option from the dropdown.
