Transfer a participant

If you need to transfer a participant from one race to another, this can be done from your event's Participants view.

Please note. Transferring a participant will move them from one race to another. We do not currently support automatic processing of additional payments (or refunds) if the race differs in price.

Head to the Events section of your dashboard and find the event that your participant is in. Click on the Participant count, or the "View Participants" link in the dropdown...

From the participant row, click the Transfer option from the dropdown menu...

This will open the transfer panel. If you are transferring them to a different race on the same event, you can choose this here... 

If you are transferring to a different event, click the "find another event" link to show your other available events...

Select the race to transfer to. This will display a confirmation of which races the participant is being transferred from and to, together with the booking fields that need to be completed for the new race.

Once you've checked they're all completed, click to "Transfer Participant" to complete the transfer.
